This past week, Anyway Logistics, Inc. bought Boondocks Truckstop (located off of I-35 in Iowa) for $500K at an auction after competition forced the mom-and-pop shop to close its doors.
According to Anyway President, David Bhillon, โOur plan is to reopen it and do the same thing they were doing before. We will just clean up the property and bring it up to date.โ Bhillon also admitted thereโs a lot of work ahead to bring the truckstop back to life. โWe also know it is going to take a lot to clean it up.โ
Boondocks is the first truckstop purchased by Anyway Logistics.
