The Yellow Vest Movement in the west hasn’t let up in just about every city, town, village and hamlet across much of Western Canada and still the government hasn’t taken any notice of the discontent. There have been and continue to be YVM protests in every province across the country but strongest participation west of Quebec.
Organizers of the convoy to Ottawa are gearing up to arrive in Ottawa on Parliament Hill at 11:00 a.m. on February 19th, 2019. Ron Barr, of the Greater Ottawa Truckers Association, is liaison for the convoy and the various levels of government and agencies required to approve such an event. Mr. Barr has a strong support group with him to make the voices coming with the convoy heard.
The GoFundMe fund continues to grow in support of those who have committed to attend.
