Volvo Trucksโ New River Valley (NRV) assembly plant in Virginia recently unveiled the design of its 2019 Ride for Freedom truck.
The custom VNL 760 will lead a motorcade of motorcycles past 900,000 bystanders from the NRV assembly plant to Washington, D.C. during the annual โRun for the Wallโ Ride for Freedom motorcycle rally Memorial Day.
The truck features graphics that honour America, the United States military, and the men and women who served with the slogan, โAll veterans need a welcome home, and a place to reflect. Until they have a wall of their own, itโs only right to share ours.โ
This is the 28th year NRV employees and the UAW Local 2069 Veterans Committee have supported the event.
