TransForce, Inc., North America’s leading staffing firm specializing in quality commercial truck drivers, acquired the assets of K.A.S. Personnel Services (KAS). KAS is a leading provider of high-quality commercial truck drivers and other transportation personnel based in Mississauga, Ontario. KAS has been serving the transportation industry for almost 30 years in the Ontario market. While this is TransForce’s sixth acquisition in the last 36 months, it is the first international acquisition.
