The Rapid Check program is a new service commitment from Peterbilt Motors Co. The Rapid Check program is a quick assessment process that provides fast and accurate initial service diagnostics in two hours or less. Stahl Peterbilt Service departments are now committed to providing an initial diagnosis and repair plan to every customer within two hours of when they arrive at the service department. Specifically, within two hours of arriving at the dealership customers can expect members of the Stahl Peterbilt Service team to run initial diagnostic testing on the vehicle and determine needed repairs or if more complete diagnosis is required. We will also check parts availability, provide an estimate of when the vehicle repairs will be complete, and communicate all findings to the customer.
