Canadian weather is never really predictable despite what the climate change crowd screams, an early storm has struck southern Alberta with a good dumping more closely aligned with mid winter.
In typical Canadian fashion, the summer has taken its toll on the memory of drivers many of whom didn’t adjust their thinking to the snowy conditions that call for a whole different set of skills.
This dumping reminds us quickly we need to adjust and learn quickly how to safely navigate when the roads are clogged with snow, unpredictable slippery spots, and other drivers who won’t adjust.
The word is: winter is coming and learn to cope safely or park it.
