The 37th annual Shell Rotella SuperRigs takes place July 25-27 at Trailโs Travel Center in Albert Lea, Minn.ย
The centerpiece of the three-day event is the annual Shell Rotella SuperRigs Truck Beauty Contest. The contest began in 1982. It has a working truck category, limited mileage working truck category, and nonworking/show truck category.
The Shell Rotella SuperRigs competition is the โsuper bowlโ of truck beauty contest for actively working trucks. Hard working owner-operator truckers from across the United States and Canada compete annually for more than $25,000 in cash and prizes. Twelve drivers will be selected to have their trucks featured in the annual 2020 Shell Rotella SuperRigs calendar.
There is no fee to enter a truck in SuperRigsTruck Beauty Contest. Contestants must hold a current CDL license and ensure that their vehicle is only operated by a driver who also has a CDL license.

The weekend is designed to be fun for the whole family.
A truck convoy to downtown Albert Lea is planned for Thursday afternoon, July 25. The best lights judging contest is scheduled for 8-10 p.m. Friday, July 26. A concert is scheduled to start at 8:45 p.m. on Friday.
