Dicom Purchased By Royal Mail

Canadian parcel, freight and logistics company Dicom Canada has been purchased by the British postal service Royal Mail for $360 million.

It’s the largest acquisition for the Royal Mail since it became a listed company in 2013.

Dicom Canada, previously owned by Chicago private equity firm Wind Point Partners, has 28 depots and operates mainly in the eastern provinces and Quebec.
