CBS Parts Ltd. | Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer Parts
Founded on October 4, 1983, CBS Parts Ltd was originally known as Canadian Brake Supply and began its business rebuilding brake shoes in a 3,000 sq ft warehouse. Eventually, the business expanded to Burnaby, Abbotsford, Kamloops and Prince George and changed its name to CBS Parts to better reflect the wide range of products being supplied. In 2004, the head office was relocated to a 32,000 sq ft building in Surrey. True to its origins, CBS is still rebuilding brake shoes today.
In 1996, a partnership was formed with Fort Garry Industries to improve buying power and service to our customers. This change gave the collective entity parts and service outlets from B.C. to Ontario.
CBS Parts is an active member of the VIPAR and the Modern Sales Co-operative buying groups. We are members of the BC Trucking Association (BCTA), Heavy Duty Distributors Council (HDDC) and the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN). CBS is also an active participant in Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW), an industry focused convention that includes all industry partners and suppliers. Our alliance with these associations provides us with the most up to date technical information, new products, competitive pricing and important insight on industry trends and applicable legislation.
With 20 delivery vehicles in the company, the most experienced parts staff in the industry and access to a wide range of OEM and Aftermarket components, CBS is committed to providing the best possible parts supply service.
