Until this point XYpper has been working on the notion that each transaction should carry it’s own fee based on a percentage of the freight charges for that particular load. Apparently, it’s not been understood even though the fee would have been pennies, not dollars.
All the loads, some 40,000 a day are fresh loads, and are sorted specifically for those who’s criteria is matching the correct requirements. There is no sorting through copious numbers of loads that may or may not even be available. Once a load is accepted, it’s gone from the system. No stopping to sort through load boards where the load shown may have already been accepted.
Now one would expect a subscription would be paid in advance but XYpper is so convinced the value of its service will be recognized so readily, the fee is paid at the end of the first thirty days and every month thereafter. You get the value of the XYpper system before you need pay for it.
