A new recall from Volvo involving faulty hinges on the windows of the sleeper bunk affects roughly 11,089 model year 2018-2020 VNL and VNX trucks configured as 740 and 760 sleeper models.
Volvo says the adhesive bond between the glass and window hinge may prematurely fail, causing the window to fall.
Volvo is notifying all affected truck owners, and dealers are replacing the window hinge at no cost. Owners can contact Volvo customer service at 1-800-528-6586 with recall number RVXX1902 for more information.
