ONE20, a free membership community built exclusively for professional truck drivers, announced a new program that will give free roadside assistance to more than 350,000 drivers who are members of the ONE20 communities.
To launch the program, ONE20 has partnered with RoadsideMASTERS.com, the nationโs leading membership program providing roadside assistance to commercial vehicles acrossย the United Statesย andย Canada. This partnership will create the largest roadside service offering of its kind, aligning closely with ONE20โs commitment to make life easier, safer and more cost-effective for professional drivers.

Starting inย August, ONE20 members will be eligible for free Silver Level service through RoadsideMASTERS.com. Benefits include truck and trailer towing, flat tire change, tire repair, mobile mechanic service and jump starts.
Drivers will also have options for added coverage under the Gold and Platinum programs; depending on what additional ONE20 products and services the driver is utilizing.
ONE20 members who purchase and activate a ONE20 F-ELD beforeย September 1, 2017ย will get an automatic upgrade to Gold Level service and ONE20 Silver Level users will also have the option to opt into Gold coverage at a discounted rate.
Historically, roadside assistance programs cost up toย $700ย annually, an expense many drivers cannot afford. When breakdowns occur, drivers are forced to fork over additional money in order to get back up and running. Towing assistance is typically requested twice a year, with a five mile tow averagingย $500, not including added repair costs.
Benefits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For assistance, drivers simply call the support number listed on their membership card. They will then receive a text from RoadsideMASTERS.com, which allows the support team to geo-locate the driver so dispatchers know exactly where to send a service team.

This roadside assistance program is a huge value-added service to current ONE20 and RoadsideMASTERS members. In addition to the ONE20 community receiving free roadside assistance, RoadsideMASTERS members will be able to access a multitude of ONE20 benefits that include: free truck-safe navigation, exclusive deals and savings, and the option to purchase the ONE20 F-ELD at a discounted rate. The program will keep more money in driversโ pockets and ensure members of both organizations will get support when itโs needed most.
The program will officially launch onย August 1, 2017, but current ONE20 users can pre-register through the My ONE20 app here. Interested drivers who are not currently ONE20 members can download the My ONE20 App from the Google Play or Apple App stores for free.
