A new resource on the Ministry of Labour website went live April 30, in advance of the federal governmentโs proposed legalization of recreational cannabis (date of which is still to be decided โ Bill C-45 is still in the Senate).ย The publication (www.labour.gov.on.ca/english/hs/pubs/impairment.php ) provides information regarding impairment and workplace health and safety issues generally (not just related to cannabis), including links to other resources.ย ย
