CMV drivers & carriers operating in the U.S. are reminded the congressionally-mandated ELD compliance deadline has passed and inspectors will be documenting ELD violations and may issue citations to CMV drivers operating vehicles without a compliant ELD.
In Canada, ELDs will be the law of the land in two more years.
