The average price per gallon for a diesel fuel dropped 2.5 cents from Monday, Oct. 29 compared to the Monday before, according to the Energy Information Administration.
According to the EIA, regional average decreases ranged from a third of a penny in New England and Rocky Mountain states to 3.7 cents in Lower Atlantic states.

- Central Atlantic โ $3.523, down 1 cent.
- Lower Atlantic โ $3.217 down 3.7 cents.
- Midwest โ $3.31, down 2.3 cents.
- Gulf Coast โ $3.117, down 3.5 cents.
- Rocky Mountain โ $3.405, down three-tenths of a cent.
- West Coast โ $3.848, down 2.3 cents.
- West Coast less California โ $3.564, down 2.3 cents.
- California โ $4.074, down 2.2 cents.
