A Quebec truck driver is facing charges following a roll-over near Belleville, Ont.
Provincial police say a transport rolled over on an off-ramp from the westbound Highway 401 early Wednesday morning.
OPP say the driver was not injured.
Pierre Gauthier of Victoriaville, Que., faces charges of impaired operation of a motor vehicle, driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol, and possession of 75 oxycodone pills.
The 62-year-old is scheduled to appear in Napanee, Ont., court on Sept. 13.
