The Hendrickson Academy Offers On-Line Courses

Hendrickson, a global manufacturer and supplier of suspensions, axle and brake systems, auxiliary lift axle systems, springs, stabilizers, and bumper and trim components, introduces the Hendrickson Academy, an interactive online education portal that provides video-based maintenance and repair procedures for many of Hendrickson’s suspensions and components. The Hendrickson Academy is available to fleet and service technicians who are not only looking to hone their technical skills but also add to their own professional development.

“Hendrickson’s educational portal is user-friendly and is designed with service technicians in mind. Fleets have been asking for online educational tools, and we are happy to be able to provide an educational portal that works” said Steve Berry, global field service director at Hendrickson.

Convenient three to ten-minute videos are ideal for busy technicians’ schedules and can be viewed anytime. Technical literature is also available for downloading. Upon successful completion of a course, which includes a brief test, a certificate will be available for printing.

Courses currently available at The Hendrickson Academy include:
MAXX22T™ – Trailer air disc brake systems
TIREMAAX PRO – Automatic tire pressure control systems
HXL3®, HXL5® and HXL7® Ready-To-Roll® Wheel-end Components – Fully integrated solutions that minimize operating costs and improve performance
HAULMAAX® – Vocational applications where durability, lightweight and driver comfort are essential

The online courses can be found at www.hendrickson-academy.com. Additional education content will be added on a continuing basis. The industry will be notified as new courses become available.
