The average price of a gallon of on-highway diesel had an increase of 3.3 cents from last week to $2.198 per gallon for the week ending Monday, April 25. This marks the third consecutive weekly increase after a short-lived one-week decrease.
Diesel price averages went up in all 10 regions in the U.S., according to the Energy Information Administration. The largest average increase was in the Midwest region, where prices at the pump rose by 4.4 cents per gallon. Prices were up four-tenths of a cent in the New England region, the smallest increase in the nation.

Rocky Mountain – $2.202, up 3.1 cents
West Coast – $2.406, up 3.5 cents
West Coast less California – $2.282, up 3.1 cents
California – $2.505, up 3.9 cents
